Refund and Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration Cancellations

For Exhibitors, no refunds can be issued within 90 days of a conference / exposition.  Requests for refunds and cancellations will be accepted 91 days or more prior to an event.  There will be a $125 cancellation processing fee assessed to the cancellation and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

For Event Attendees, no refunds can be issued within 30 days of a conference / exposition.
Requests for refunds and cancellations will be accepted 31 days or more prior to an event. There will be a $45 cancellation processing fee assessed to the cancellation and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Business Development Kits

The Business Development Kits are each customized specifically for the client ordering the kit.  This means research, editing, and kit assembly is performed for each customer prior to the kit being shipped to them.  In addition, the information in each kit can be easily copied and downloaded by the customer upon receipt.  For this reason, a refund cannot be offered for kits that have been started for a customer or that have been shipped to the customer.  However, components to a kit that are damaged during shipment will be replaced and shipped to a customer if National Aerospace Organization is notified of this damage within 5 business days of receipt of the kit by a customer.
